• Alert threshold settings — token selections and percentage thresholds you configure.

• Session activity logs (activation times, alert delivery logs) for service operation.
• Basic usage data for debugging and service improvement.
• Website visit data via standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited).

• To deliver wallet monitoring alerts (Telegram, SMS, voice call) per your configured thresholds.
• To process SOL payments and manage your session status.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the Service.

bagSIREN uses the following third-party services to operate:

• Twilio — SMS and voice call delivery. Your phone number is shared with Twilio solely to deliver alerts.
• Telegram — Bot platform for user interaction and Telegram alert delivery.
• Helius — Solana RPC provider for real-time blockchain data.
• Jupiter — Token price data.
• Supabase — Database for session and user data storage.
• Railway — Backend hosting infrastructure.

Each third party operates under their own privacy policies and data protection practices.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including row-level security, encrypted storage, and access controls to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

We never store private keys, seed phrases, or any information that provides access to your cryptocurrency funds.

We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@bagsiren.com. SMS opt-in records are retained as required by applicable telecommunications regulations.
